Delivery

We will arrange for delivery of the products you order by the method and to the address which you specify in the check out procedure. However, the time for delivery will not be essential to the contract between us.

If you do not take delivery of the products or supply adequate delivery instructions, we may cancel your order and retain the products. In this event, we will refund you the price of the products, but you will still be liable to pay any delivery charges.

If there is an error or any other delivery problem in respect of the products ordered, you must notify us in writing within 14 days after the delivery date. We will not be liable for any loss or damage if you fail to do this.

Return Items

Bell and Sons will gladly refund or exchange any item purchased on the Bell and Sons website (www.bellsofalnwick.co.uk). We will not charge you for returns and there is no restocking fee. However, all returned goods must be unused, in a saleable condition and in their original packaging with all labels still attached. Upon receiving the returned items, we will credit the payment method we have on file for you. Please note that this may take up to 10 working days to appear on your statement as cleared funds.

Faulty Goods

If you request a replacement, once we have received the returned goods we will despatch a replacement.

Who pays the postage on returned Items?

If you return an item, you will need to pay the postage costs to return it to us.

Please use recorded delivery or registered post to return items, as Bell and Sons cannot be held responsible for loss.

How quickly will Bell and Sons process the return?

Bell and Sons will aim to process your return in 2 working days.

What happens if Bell and Sons is out of stock of the replacement item?

Either:
Once we have received the returned goods we will refund you, by the method you used to pay for your order. This may take up to 10 working days to appear as cleared funds.

or:
You can choose to wait until the item is in stock at which point it will be despatched to you.
